Open in MS Word

How to customize the Quick Access Toolbar
1- Add commands and buttons
You need to perform a normal procedure to add any command and button to the Quick Access Toolbar. For this, right-click on whichever command or button you want to add. Then click on add to quick access toolbar. And that command or button will be added to the special Quick Access Toolbar.
2- Remove commands and buttons
On the contrary, you can also remove the buttons from the Quick Access Toolbar. For this, you have to do the opposite of the procedure mentioned above. Right-click on whichever button or command you want to remove from the Quick Access Toolbar. Then click on remove from quick access toolbar. And that command or button will be removed from the special Quick Access Toolbar.
