How to Resize Drawing Image Complete Information

You have a picture. Which you want to resize through MS Paint. Meaning you want to enlarge or shrink that picture. So the Resize Tool is used to change the size of the images in MS Paint. By Resize, you can resize any Drawing, Image, Shape etc. for your use through MS Paint.

How to Resize MS Paint Drawings, Pictures

Step: 1 – Open Paint

First of all open MS Paint and open any picture in it. Here open the same picture that you want to resize. Or you can make no drawing to learn.

Step: 2 – Select Picture

Now the part of this picture you want bigger or smaller, means you want to resize. Select it. If you want, you can also resize the whole picture.

We have opened a picture for you. In which there are three clouds. In this we have selected the first cloud. We will make this cloud a little bigger than before.

Step: 3 – Activate Resize Tool

After selecting the picture is ready to be resized. Now click on Resize from the Image Group of the Home Tab. Or press the Ctrl + W Keys simultaneously with the Keybaord.

Step: 4 – Resize

After clicking on Resize, Resize and Skew Box will open in front of you. Here you will get two options to resize the picture. First Percentage and second Pixels. In whichever unit you want to resize the picture. Select it and write the size.

Like we have clicked on Pixels earlier to enlarge the cloud. And after that in the box next to Horizontal: Size is written. We want to make Cloud 1 of 175 Pixels. Keep in mind that you write only one size. The other will write automatically. If you also want to tilt this picture, then write its degree in the Skew box below. Here we have written Horizontal: 20 and Vertical: 5. And then click on OK.

As soon as you click on OK. The selected area of the picture will be resized. In the picture shown above, we have resized cloud 1.

Now you can see that only Cloud 1 has been resized. The other two clouds are the same as before. When a picture is resized, only its resized part is affected. The rest of the part remains the same.
