How to use Camera Tool in MS Excel

How To Use Camera Tool in Excel

To use these features of MS Excel, you need to add the camera tool on the Quick Access Toolbar.

Step 1: How to Add Camera Tool.

First you have to open MS excel and then click on Quick Access Toolbar.

Then you click on More Commands.

Then select All Commands from there.

Choose Camera Option and click on Add, then click OK.

In this way, you will see that Camera Tool Active has been activated even in your Excel winter.

Step 2: How to use Camera Tool.

Select the range of data you want to print or view on other sheets with the help of Camera Tool and click on Camera Button Tool.

Now paste any sheet that you want to view or print with the help of a mouse, in this way you will see a data picture of the sheet that you can move, rotate and print.

Similarly, you can print or view the data of any sheet on the same sheet and when you change the original data, the picture data will also change.

With the help of this process, you can collect data of many worksheets on a single page and print it is very useful.
