Output device

Output

A lot of data is fed into the computer as it processes and organizes. Processed data in a useful form is called output. The computer generates a variety of outputs depending on the user’s needs and the hardware and software being used. You can see, hear and print computer-generated output. You can see the information in the screen by looking at the monitor on your desktop.Some printers often extract black-white and graphics, and some printers also print color. So you can print colored documents, photographs and transperes. You can listen to sound music and voice through the computer’s speaker and headset.

Monitor

The monitor is the output device on which we can see text graphics and video information by eye. Information on the monitor is electronic in a way that is displayed for some time. Therefore, the animation of the monitor is considered as a soft copy.

video card

The video card is also known as a display adapter. It is an expansion board that connects to the motherboard of a desktop computer and converts the created images in the computer to the electronics signals needed for the monitor. This determines the maximum resolution refresh rate and number of colors to be sent to the monitor.

The printer

A printer is an output device that umbrella and print text and graphics through physical medium on paper. Physically performing printed information is called hard copy.

Dot matrix printers

The dot matrix printer extracts low quality images. This printer uses a hammer and ribbon to create images from the dot. The higher resolution of the printed image uses more dot hammer, depending on the model of the manufacturer and printer, the printhead mechanism of the dot matrix printer consists of 9 to 24 drinks. The greater number of pins will mean more dot prints, which gives higher print quality.

Ink jack printers

Inkjet printers create characters and graphics by spraying small drops of liquid imperial onto the paper. The quality of an ink jack printer is measured by its regulation or sharpness and clarity. The output is measured by the number of dots dpi in the regulation of the print. More DPI means Shahid’s drop dot in the best print quality ink jack printer.

Laser printers

High speed printers that work like photocopier machines to extract high quality images on paper are called laser printers. The laser beam forms the image on the light sensitive drum. The drum takes fine powder ink and transfers the toner which creates the image on paper.

Speakers

Speakers are the audio output device of a computer which emits other sounds like music speech and bips.
