1- Adding Commands and Buttons

To add any command and button to the Quick Access Toolbar, you have to do a simple process. For this, right click on any command or button you want to add. After that click on Add to Quick Access Toolbar. And that Command or Button will be added to the special Quick Access Toolbar.

2- Remove Commands and Buttons

On the contrary, you can also remove Buttons from the Quick Access Toolbar. For this, you have to do the opposite of the process mentioned above. Right click on any button or command you want to remove from the Quick Access Toolbar. After that click on Remove from Quick Access Toolbar. And that Command or Button will be removed from the special Quick Access Toolbar.
