The files you delete remain in the recycle bean. You can restore any file from that recycle bin to its original position in the computer.

The appearance of the Recycle Bin indicates whether there is a delete file in the bin.
1: Double click the Recycle Bin.
The Recycle bin window will appear showing all the files you have deleted.
2: Click on the file you want to restore.
If you want to restore more than one file, then select all those files.
3: Restore this item to Ali.
The file will disappear from the recycling bean’s window and return to its original location on the computer.

Emptying the Recycle Bin:

You can create more free space on the computer by emptying the recycling bin. When files are permanently removed from the recycle bin, they cannot be restored to the computer.
1: Click on the Empty Recycle Bin.
The Confirm Multiple File Delete dialog box will appear.
2: By clicking Yes, delete all the files from the Recycle Bin forever.

Change the view of files and folders

You can also change the file and folder view in a window. The view you choose will determine how the file and folder will look in the window.

1: To change the view of files and folders in window, click on view.
A bullet (.) Will appear near the current view of the file and folders.
2: Now click to see the desired view of the file and folder.
In this example, the file and folder details are visible in the view.
In the details view,Windows provides a list of content in the folder it opens and provides complete information
about your file name, type (size) size and modification date.

Sorting files and folders

It is easy to get your files and folders quickly by the items shown in the window. You can easily find an item.

1: Click on view. The View menu will appear.
2: Now click on Arrange icons by.
3: Click the items according to the way you want to appear in the window.
Items will now come in new orders. In this example items are sorted by type or sorted.
Repeat steps 1 to 3 if the item scores want to be inverted in reverse order.
Items can be sorted in reverse order only when viewing items in List I or details new.

Grouping files and folders

You can arrange the files and folders in the window well if you group them. You can do this in the following way.

1 Click on view. View menu will appear.
2 Now click on Arrange icons by.
3 Click Show in groups.
The show will not be available to these groups when viewing items in the list view.

You can sort items that are grouped in a window to change the way you want. For example, if you shorten by size, then groups will be formed according to size.
If you do not want to group the items, repeat steps 1 to 3.

Windows Explorer shows the arrangement of all files and folders on your computer. You can rename, move or even delete files through Windows Explorer.

1: Click on Start.
2: Click All Programs.
3: Click Accessories.
4: Click Windows Explorer.
A window will recover.
This area shows the arrangement of all the folders on the computer.
A folder with a plus sign (+) on it keeps hidden folders inside.

5: To see hidden (hidden) folders inside a folder, click the (+) sign next to the folder.
Hidden folders will recover.
The (+) sign next to the folder will become the (-) sign.
It gets information that all the folders which were inside this folder are displayed.
You can hide folders again in this folder by clicking on the minus sign (-).
6: To know the contents or (content) of the folders, click on the name of the folder.
It shows the contents of the area folder.
7: When Windows Explorer finishes, click (X) and the window will close.

Selection of files and folders

Before working with files, you need to choose the files with which you work more. These selected files are highlighted on your screen.

1: Click on the file you want to select. That file will be highlighted.
2: If you want more information about this file, then click on details.
Information about this file will be displayed such as the type of file, when it was created and what time it was created.

To select a group of files:

1: Click on the first file you want to listen to.
2: Press the Shift key and hold until you reach the last file for your selection.

To select individual files:

1: Click the file you want to select.
2: Press and hold Ctrl-key and you click on every file for your selection.

To select all files:

1: Click on the Edit menu.
2: Click on Select all.
All files and folders will be selected.

Open a file

You can open a file and see its content on the screen. After opening the file, you can also see that file and make changes to it. Like files, you can also open folders.

1: Double click on the file you want to open.
When you double click, Windows will open this file in the window of its private software.
File opens. Now you can make changes by looking at it.
If you have opened a picture, that picture will appear in Windows picture and Fox Viewer.
2: When your file is finished, click (X) Close and close this file.

Rename file

You can rename a file in such a way that the content given in it is more clear. By renaming, you can quickly find a file in the future. Similarly, you can rename folders as well.

1: Click on the name of the file you want to rename.
2: Click on Rename this file.
You can also press the F2 key on the keyboard.
A box is present around the file name.
3: Type a new name for the file and press the enter key on the keyboard.
A file name cannot contain / > “<> or! Characters.
If you do not think of renaming the new file while typing it, you can get the original name of the file again by pressing the Esc key.
-The files that are operated by Windows and other programs should not be renamed.

Delete a file

You can delete the file which is not required, but remember, do not delete the file which is required to operate Windows or other programs.

1: Click on the file you want to delete. If you want to delete more than one file, then select all those files.
2: Click on Delete this file or press the delete key on the keyboard.
If you don’t have more than one file, click Delete selected items on step 2.
The Confirm file delete dialog box will be displayed.
3: Click yes to delete the file.
The file will disappear.
Windows will put that file in the Recycle Bin. Maybe later you will need it again.

To delete a folder:

Folders can also be deleted the way a file is deleted.
But remember when you delete a folder, all the files in that folder will also be deleted.
